What It Is

Four sessions.
Four outputs.
One coherent argument.

The Track 1 Masterclass is a live, cohort-based guided experience through the four modules of Foundational Clarity — the same arc available in the free DIY suite, with Adam in the room. Where the DIY is self-directed and asynchronous, the Masterclass is structured, accountable, and built around direct feedback on your work before you advance to the next module.

Each session produces a specific output. Each output is the foundation the next one builds on. By Session 4 you have four documents — and a single, coherent argument about why your company had to exist, what problem it solves, what makes the architecture differentiated, and what the world looks like if the work fully succeeds.

Everything lives in your Master Clarity System document — the working document of your full clarity system. What you build in these four sessions is the foundation every subsequent track draws from. You build it once. It compounds.

Who It's For

Built for deep, hard, and climate-tech
founders at the narrative inflection.

You have built something technically differentiated. You can explain what it does. What's ready to be built now is the founding narrative that makes a non-expert feel why it had to exist — and why you specifically are the one building it.

This is for you if —
You haven't told your founding story out loud. You know why you started this — or you're still finding out. You haven't yet found the words that make someone else feel the weight of it.
This is for you if —
You lose people when you explain what you're building. The technology is clear to you. The problem is obvious to you. But something isn't transferring. The story keeps changing. That's the signal something foundational is unresolved.
This is for you if —
Your technology challenges how things have always been done — but that argument isn't landing yet. You're not building a better version of what exists. You're contesting the assumption that made the old version acceptable. That's a harder case to make. This is where you build it.
This is for you if —
Your company's direction lives inside you — and hasn't become a shared conviction yet. The people who need to believe in where you're going — investors, hires, partners — can't follow a direction they haven't been given. The vision that drives every decision you make needs to exist outside your head.
What You Build

One module per session.
Each one earns the next.

01
Session 1
The Origin Story
The moment — or the accumulation of moments — that made this problem impossible to ignore. The pattern that confirmed it was structural, not situational. The reason you couldn't walk away. Built toward a 60-second founding story that transfers — that works the same way whether you deliver it live, send it in writing, or someone else retells it on your behalf.
Output: A 60-second founding story
02
Session 2
Problem ↔ Solution Framework
The problem your technology solves has a root cause — an assumption that was built into how the industry operates and never challenged. Session 2 names that assumption, makes the structural case against it, and establishes the new premise your solution is built on. This is the document every downstream asset — pitch deck, product sheet, investor memo, partner brief — is derived from.
Output: Your problem ↔ solution document
03
Session 3
Technology Overview
Your technology doesn't improve the existing approach. It replaces the assumption behind it. Session 3 builds the plain-language narrative that makes that argument legible — to an investor, a partner, a potential hire. Where your company stops describing a product and starts claiming a new category. The architecture as evidence, not explanation.
Output: A translatable technology narrative
04
Session 4
Vision Manifesto
The world your company is building toward — not as prediction, but as the direction that makes every hard decision navigable. The throughline connecting the origin story to the end of the arc. The conviction that makes the difficulty make sense — to the people who need to believe in it, and to the founder at the moments when belief is hardest.
Output: A stable, long-horizon vision
How It Works

Live. Structured.
Built around your work.

In Session
Draft review, direct feedback, cohort discussion.
Each session opens with draft review — Adam has read your work before you arrive. Feedback is direct and specific. The cohort hears each other's work. That cross-pollination is part of the value — the inputs are always unique, but the patterns are structural.
Between Sessions
Field practice, not just homework.
You leave each session with a structured field brief — specific signals to listen for in the conversations you're already having. Your week between sessions is active work, not a gap. Drafts submitted async before the next session so Adam arrives ready.
Throughout
Cohort touchpoints that keep the work moving.
Short video touchpoints between sessions — cohort-specific, not generic. Informed by what Adam observed in the last session and what typically surfaces at that point in the arc. The work doesn't pause between Tuesdays.

Details confirmed at enrollment
01
A short form — five questions, ten minutes. Fit filter only. We review every submission personally and respond within five business days.
02
A free 20-question diagnostic producing a scored profile across six dimensions. Required before the intake call. You arrive knowing your gaps. Adam arrives having read them.
03
30 minutes with Adam. Not a discovery call — a calibration conversation. Adam has read your CHC report before the call starts. The conversation is about fit and commitment. You already know your gaps. This is where you confirm you're ready to close them.
04
Enrollment Confirmed
Your Master Clarity System document and orientation materials delivered. Session 1 date confirmed. You're in the room.
05
Deck Evaluation
A complete OKC narrative and commercialization review of your current deck — produced before Session 1. Track 1 gaps prioritized. You arrive at the first session already knowing where the work begins.
